How Animal was Obtained:
I purchased Mika from Ralph and Donna Foster, a family who has taken on breeding their four beagles. Mika's mother is called Branko's Feelin' Groovy and her father is called Foster's Bailey Boy. Groovy was purchased as a kennel dog whose soul purpose was to have litters and never see them again. She was a shy, meek little girl at first, but now she rules the house as the Alpha Female, and gets to see three of her daughters (Mika, Boxcar and Foster's Brandy) at LEAST every week, as well as two of her sons (Foster's Digger and Foster's Yankee) occasionally. Groovy loves them all, and I truly think that she knows they're her puppies, despite what some say.
Their father was purchased as a family pet, as well as a hunting companion for Ralph Foster. He then found that he loved him so much that he had to purchase him his very own mate, and then some. (Dogtown Calendar Girl and Dogtown Marge Girl, AKA Cali and Margie)
Well, you know how it goes from there, and I chose to adopt Mika from Groovy's litter with Bailey.
Of course, I couldn't have just one and let poor Mika get lonely with no one to play with, so I also decided to adopt Boxie, her little sister.

Notes:
Mika is a lovable little beagle, and is VERY intelligent. She's also very stubborn, and just because she knows several commands as well as what they mean, she truly dislikes obeying them; even though she usually will.
She and her sister have gratuated Training Class, also called Puppy School.
Mika is much more friendly than her sister, but that isn't always a good thing. Mika will come up to a random stranger and want to be friends with them, unnaware that they could easily snatch her up and steal her from me and her little sister.
She's very, very sweet, and loves to be cuddled moreso than her little sis. She's truly no more affectionate than Boxie, however Boxie just prefers you to love on her on her own terms, and not yours; whereas Mika likes it whenever she can get it.

We are going to breed her and her sister to a very handsome beagle called Cookee.
