Beagles owned by the Fosters.

Foster's Bailey Boy

Bailey is the sire of my two beagles, Mika and Boxcar.

I've met him very many times and he is a stunningly handsome dog with a one of a kind personality. He's very social and outgoing, not to mention remarkably loyal and well-behaved.
It is because of him that the Foster family began raising beagles.

Sire: Simonson's TJ Tracker
Dam: Simonson's Angel Ears

Branko's Feelin' Groovy

Groovy is the dam of my two beagles, Mika and Boxcar.

Like Groovy's mate Bailey, I have met her plenty of times and know her to be a very calm and usually laidback and sweet and lovable dog.

Sire: IFC Branko's Heli-Prop
Dam: Branko's Baba Bonnie Betsy

Foster's Squirt

Squirt is the full sister of my two beagles, Mika and Boxcar, and although she is from a later litter, the parents are the same.

Squirt is very young and was born under five ounces as a runt, and even though now at around a year old, she is only ten pounds, but very long-legged and extremely agile and elegant.

Sire: Foster's Bailey Boy
Dam: Branko's Feelin' Groovy

Foster's Selah

Selah is the daughter of Jack. Her mother was her father's aunt, Cali.
Selah is a sweet and affectionate dog, but it took a lot of extra care and attention for her to have even made it to two months old. Selah was born abnormally tiny, and although she has reached the 15" height requirement, she's still incredibly small. She also has a Cleft Pallet, meaning the roof of her mouth is split and anything in her mouth can go up her sinuses. She had to learn how to live with this without choking by throwing her head back after getting a mouthful of water. Cleft Pallets are quite common with inbreeding, and although there are a number of simple but expensive surgeries that can correct it, unfortunately, none have been planned for Selah.

Sire: Foster's Bailey Boy
Dam: Dogtown Marge Girl

Foster's Jack-O-Lantern

Jack is the half-brother of my two beagles, Mika and Boxcar. They share the same sire but different dams.

Jack is a very unique dog, and proved to be so at a very young age. He had developed a very strong personality at only a month or two. While his siblings were more interested in just being puppies and playing with one another, he had seemed to take after his father's attitude, and believe me when I say that's a compliment.
Born with a big spot on his side in the shape of a Jack-O-Lantern (see here), it's not hard to tell where he gets his name from.

Sire: Foster's Bailey Boy
Dam: Dogtown Marge Girl

Foster's Puffin

Puff is the full-brother of Jack, and the half-brother of my two beagles, Mika and Boxcar. They share the same sire but different dams.

Puff was adopted but returned after his family had a baby, if my information is correct. They said he was untrainable, although I've personally found that he is one of the most obedient and polite dogs of any of the Fosters' Beagles.

Sire: Foster's Bailey Boy
Dam: Dogtown Marge Girl

Dogtown Marge Girl

I'm not positive exactly how, although Margie is somehow related to Groovy through the Branko lines, which makes her related to my two beagles, Mika and Boxcar as well.

I was visiting when Margie was first brought to her new permanent home at the Foster's, and although she was very shy and skittish, she quickly opened up and became accustomed as a new member of the family, along with the help of her younger full-sister, Cali.

Sire: Branko's Cyrano
Dam: Branko's Hurricane Hannah

Dogtown Calendar Girl

Cali is Margie's full sister from the same parents but a later litter, so like Margie, she is somehow related to Groovy through the Branko lines, which makes her related to my two beagles, Mika and Boxcar as well.

Cali visited our house when she was six months old on the way home from being adopted. Even then, she was a very social and rather hyperactive girl who loves to play with her sister Margie and I've never seen her pass up getting attention or treats.
